Jon is an accomplished attorney with more than a dozen years of litigation experience, specializing in real estate and construction law. He has represented a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies and privately held businesses engaged in real estate development, product manufacturing, general contracting, and insurance services. Jon consistently achieves favorable results in complex litigation through effective settlement negotiations and courtroom advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Jon served as Associate General Counsel for a vertically integrated real estate company, providing practical legal advice on development projects, construction disputes, and property management. He brings extensive experience negotiating multimillion-dollar transactions and complex commercial contracts with a wide range of businesses, including publicly traded companies.
Jon’s combined background as corporate counsel and a litigator equips him with a uniquely strategic, business-oriented perspective, enabling him to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions to challenging legal issues.
